• Wellness questionnaire answers. Questionnaires run in your own browser and are not stored on any server of ours. When you finish, you choose to send your answers to us through your own WhatsApp app, after accepting the consent and informational notice.
• Basic technical data that your browser automatically shares with the providers serving the site (see the Cookie Policy).

3. Health information

Some questionnaires include health-related questions. This information is especially sensitive. Sharing it is always voluntary and travels only in the message you send from your own WhatsApp; Caya does not store it on this site. Please do not include more health information than necessary.

4. How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request.
• To guide you about our educational wellness programs.
• To comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

5. Who we share it with

Only with providers that operate the website and our services (for example, web hosting and the academy platform). Links to third parties such as WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok or Skool are governed by their own privacy policies.
